Embark on a journey of academic growth and achievement as we reminisce about the recent Pearson Test of English (PTE) seminar in collaboration with Edustar Consult that took place on the fifteenth (15th) of June, 2024 and other stakeholders that brought students from diverse backgrounds in pursuit of English proficiency excellence. The event, held at the University of Ghana Cedi Conference Centre, was a dynamic and encouraging opportunity for participants to enhance their language skills and prepare for the PTE test examination.
The seminar featured a range of interactive sessions led by experienced consultants, and instructors whose presentations sought to educate prospective students on the procedures, requirements and the processes involved in studying abroad.
From intensive grammar drills, attendees were equipped with valuable strategies and techniques to tackle the challenges posed by the test.
Participants did not only benefit from the comprehensive lessons about the Pearson Test of English (PTE) but also had the chance to engage with different stakeholders to guide them through the study abroad processes. The support among the stakeholders and students created a sense of solidarity and motivation, encouraging each other to strive for excellence in their academics and language proficiency journey.
There was also a presentation by Mater Card foundation to introduce the participants about their student’s scholarship which involves earning a master’s degree, which includes travel, tuition, Berkely students’ fees, visa, housing, food, living expenses, and cohort signature programs which will focus on leadership.
As the seminar concluded, the students left with newfound confidence and skills honed through dedicated and trusted personnels.
